Right of Withdrawal
As a customer of Chic and Charm, you have the statutory right of withdrawal. This right applies to consumers, meaning natural persons who enter into legal transactions for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Start of Withdrawal Notice -
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement sent by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods immediately, and in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
End of Withdrawal Notice -
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
